This is a gem of a cafe tucked away from the town centre. It was our fourth stay in Aldeburgh and we were lucky to find the Aldeburgh Cafe following a recommendation via our holiday cottage. The food is good & freshly prepared which is...More

I’ve been meaning to eat here for several years after my husband had a sneaky breakfast here without me. To be honest in the past 4 years I’ve never got past ‘choppings hill bakery’ or Aldeburgh market but with Luke and Martin leaving the bakery...More

A great little dog friendly cafe. Staff were so welcoming and accommodating. Food is cooked to order and is of a great quality. After one of their full English’s we didn’t want anything else to eat all day. I would definitely recommend The Aldeburgh Cafe.

In a nice quiet location with plenty of free parking, which is great in Aldeburgh during the summer. The food was unusual, but much nicer than I had expected and not too expensive by the standards of Aldeburgh. I will definitely drop in here again.

I ate here yesterday. Was waiting for my friend to finish business round the garden centre and having time to kill, ordered a simple breakfast of scrambled eggs on sourdough bread with tomatoes and a mug of tea. I was served a delicious meal of...More

Is this the last place in England to get a proper cup of tea? No, it's not even the last place in Aldeburgh but it is by far the best. And delicious homemade food.

Having been up and down Saxmundham Road many times and ignored the sign for the cafe we decided to give it a go. It may not be in the main throng of Aldeburgh High Street in amongst the many trendy places to eat but what...More

We found this cafe in the middle of the afternoon when looking for a late lunch, tucked away behind a garden centre on the outskirts of Aldeburgh. Out of the limited choice on the menu, we settled on a Welsh Rarebit and a Bacon Baguette...More
