This Costa is rather small and hectic, and really could do with a lick of paint in places. Luckily there about 3 other costas in Bath so you can always go elsewhere if you need a nicer costa fix!

This was a crowded location and the line moved slowly, but the food was wonderful. My husband had a marvelous ham and cheese grilled sandwich and my hot chocolate was delightful.

Shortchanged. Told already given change. Poor service and they thought we were tourists I guess. Never happened in a costa before. Maybe a genuine mistake but 14 pounds short. Was corrected when I challanged as wrong.

Usually go to Nero's but decided to try Costa today. 25 minutes for a cup of coffee, seriously? So unimpressed.

Just visited for early coffee , filthy toilets bins full with old nappies etc , both toilet doors broken. A disgusting mess which souls the lovely new shop.
