We arrived late afternoon on a Saturday and was clean and well presented. Staff were friendly and didn't have long to wait. I only had soup and it was hot and tasty.

The food here was delicious - pork terrine, salmon & gnocci, brownie with ice cream & cherries, mackrel patè, pan fried chicken.... The service was great & staff were really helpful & friendly. The downstairs decor is underwhelming and where we were seated felt chilly....More

A delightful little cafe with a warm and cosy atmosphere. Staff friendly and helpful. The hot chocoale and cake was deliscious. Very reasonably priced considering it’s location.

Experience told us to book a table during Christmas market season so we did this well in advance of our visit. Conveniently located close to the abbey – the interior is slightly contemporary but with a warm and cosy feel. Not an extensive menu but...More

Came here for breakfast and decided on the bubble and squeak with bacon and mushrooms. It was tasty enough, the bubble and squeak itself was under seasoned and not quite hot enough. Other than that it was enjoyable. With all the other places to eat...More

This is a good cafe just opposite the Roman baths. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The breakfast menu offered some interesting alternatives to the usual eggs and bacon and the food - and very much needed coffee - was delicious.
