Waited 30 minutes and nobody served us or even gave us attention, even after making it clear we were waiting to order. As we left, a waitress ran out after us and accused us of leaving without paying in front of other diners!More

Packed in the evenings this fun place place has a real vibe. You may have to wait around to get a seat, but it is worth it for the ambiance.

We visited on the 1st December, a group of girls in Bath shopping at the Christmas Market. H&W was recommended to us. It was ok but not great. I would go back.

We went here to take some clients out for lunch. You can't knock the decor. It's great. Always has been, but we had to wait for about an hour between the orders being taken and the food arriving which, to be honest, I don't think...More

Yes they'll take the booking, but don't expect to be served because the service here is worse than shambolic.
