Friendly staff and good value for money. You get exactly what you'd expect from this sort of place. They do it well.

The service was excellent throughout the visit, the food for a chain pub and choice was great compared to others. The quality of the food again was excellent for a chain pub.

No dogs allowed apart from guide dogs. There is a big seated area outside where you can sit, drink and eat with your dog.
