Come here for drinks regularly and love the atmosphere and friendliness of this pub. It has a lovely log fire and an area to sit out in the back during summer. Went for dinner here to get the 2 mains for £14 deal, and was really impressed. Such great value and high quality of food. I had the bubble and... More

We all had the topside of beef roast and it was fantastic. Cooked perfectly (mid rare) with fantastic Yorkshire and veg. If you're looking for a great Sunday lunch for under a tenner (£9.95), this is the place.

A lovely pub, friendly and efficient service, a great atmosphere and a good range of food that was both reasonably priced and well prepared.

Road side pub with beer garden at the rear and a good selection of real ale, I liked it so much I went back the next day. Red ale was my choice and it was really nice if a little heavy for mytaste. Didn't eat but the steak smelled great.

We were looking for a place a day stumbled upon this place. It was very good, good atmosphere and an old school pub but with tables and chairs now. Food was very good quality - burger was sizeable and tasted very good. My friends enjoyed their steaks also. Service was friendly and polite also. Rated as very good for our... More

Roast beef was gorgeous and a real treat to have roasted beetroot and cauliflower cheese. Very good value for money at £10.95 Brownie was a bit boring and shop bought ice cream but £3.50 not bad Lovely cosy decor for a Sunday esp sofa but need to keep cushions clean! Overall would come again 👍🏽

It's a nice pub. It has got the atmosphere that many people look in a pub. The Sunday toast really good quality, and the price too. Good Service and my French boyfriend approves it....French people are really picky about food...So it means a lot!

As the titles suggests, my girlfriend and I expected a tad more from Port Mahon. We'd walked past it a lot and thought it looked nice, however on the inside it is very much typical of an older, working man's club-type environment. A Bloody Mary was served in a plastic Coca-Cola glass and the beer range was dull and drab... More
