What a great venue to have brunch! It's like being in Italy and the fresh produce is second to none!

A great little cafe away from the main hustle and bustle of Hockley, situated in the Lace Market opposite St Mary's. Brilliant breakfast, spicy Italian sausage is highly recommended. I'm going to make this place my regular coffee shop. Simply fantastic 😊

We popped in here for breakfast with friends and the reality is even better than the reviews here! :) Cafe is really cozy and warm place facing the church. Service is really quick and friendly. We ordered different options of English breakfast - I was surprised when I`ve been offered a replacement for the mushrooms I didn`t want. We received... More

A little tucked away but worth looking for, very pleasant setting opposite a church in the Lace Market area of Nottingham. We had a very tasty full English breakfast, the thick chunky break was particularly good. Good value and friendly service. Definitely recommended.

Called in here for breakfast with my mother on a day out in Nottingham after seeing the good reviews on TA. The warmth hit us when entering which was good as it was so cold outside! We were lucky to find a table as the café was full (which is always a good sign), obviously a very popular place. We... More

Popped in for a late breakfast in late March after reading local press positive reviews and passing the place quite often. Busy at start but very busy by the end with lunch time sitting-in diners and takeaways. Went for the large breakfast and a coffee but probably should have taken the small breakfast as the large was pretty filling. Food... More

My daughter and I called in for Breakfast at the start of a day out in the city. It's a lovely friendly little cafe with a good menu. My daughter had poached egg on toast while I had peanut Butter on toast. Lovely thick doorstep of toast. My daughter's egg was perfectly cooked with a surprise of rocket and balsamic... More

Visited after finding it on google. Wanted something a bit better than a usual shop bought sandwich and were certainly not disappointed. I had a veggie club sandwich and my friend had a chicken club sandwich. They were massive, could only eat half and had to ask for a doggie bag! Very tasty & fresh. Will definitely visit again as... This small family run independent cafe is a real gem. It is small but you can pre- order sandwiches and breakfast rolls to collect. I have collected breakfast on my way past two Fridays running as people at work love the food. Everything is made fresh and the portions are generous. Really good value. There are also a few tables... More
