When on Friday with two 90 year olds. Food as good as ever and very good service with people who are not sure what they want!! Food came quickly hot and delicious! Will be going again in the near future.

My wife and I both loved the food at this restaurant. Breaded or grilled fish you can't go wrong, we speak from personal experience.

Decided to go out of our way when visiting Nottingham and try these out . So tasty ...batter bits too! The next time I would opt for a smaller portion as they were so big ...amazing fish & chips!

Top quality fish and chips. All six of us thought the service and quality of food was impeccable. Certainly a quirky and authentic fish and chip shop experience. Try the monk fish... best ever. We’ll be back, many times!

My wife, my son and I went to The Cods Scallops again today for lunch. We luckily got a table almost immediately, sometimes you have to wait because it is so popular. Instead of having cod or haddock I chose mackerel cooked in garlic butter....More
