Visited the monks haven for 1st time absolutely lovely place staff very welcoming. Good range on menu something to suit everyone well priced.lovely fruit scones.child friendly.Also dog friendly.

Visiting Monks Haven Café for breakfast. Service was spot on with very attentive staff and breakfast was good value, a good size and very well cooked. Top marks and will visit again next time in Whitby.

Quick impromptu visit here after walking up and down the 199 steps to the abbey. Got a table for 2 straight away and made to feel welcome. We only had sandwiches but bread was lovely and fresh and left feeling satisfied 😊

Popped in for a breakfast. Lovely service and a good selection. We had a Full English which was great value and very nice. In a good spot and spotless inside. Would recommend.

We serve fresh Whitby crab sandwiches, fresh Whitby cod in a beer batter and a wide selection of desserts and treats from scones to lemon and ginger crunch. We are open 7 days a week and until late on Friday and Saturday evenings.
