I would highly recommend the afternoon Tea, great variety of option and tastes amazing. The ambience is lovely and the staff are very friendly. The cocktails are worth the try especially happy hour and if you are brave the springbok shot is definitely worth try....Definitely going back for more biltong 😋😏More

We were staying next door at Hotel 41 and what with the curfew in place decided to stay local. We popped here at about 7pm and ended up staying until 10pm we had such a fab time. Happy Hour was fab and meant we had...amazing cocktails at non-London prices. Staff were also very friendly and efficient. Cocktails were not only cheap but delicious! We sat outside at one point to enjoy a celebratory cigar and the spot was fab for people watching - the Royal Mews are directly opposite and there were lots of people hopping in and out of bars and restaurants. We will definitely return.More

Despite the current covid problems we were determined not to hide away .Over the last few years we have visited London twice a year staying in several of London’s top hotels and although we knew it would be much quieter and many restaurants are closed...we went ahead with our 3 night trip . We stayed at the Hotel 41 and would normally have eaton at the English Grill but this has not reopened .We went to the Bbar instead .Unsurprisingly fairly empty on a Sunday night in these times .Had meat/spring rolls to start and a burger .Best burger I have had for years .Top quality meat and cooked medium rare .Even the fries which may have come from a frozen pack were seasoned and above average .The house red was excellent This will definitely be a restaurant we will return to .More

I went here yesterday for an afternoon tea with a friend. I have to say I was so impressed. Absolutely incredible value for money (I would say best value afternoon tea in london- it was only £20!!) but also absolutely DELICIOUS. The staff were incredible...attentive and welcoming, I would 100% recommend to anyone! They also do a happy home with cocktails, will definitely be back to try this soon! XxxMore

Treated my mom to the afternoon tea at Bbar. We both really enjoyed it! The “bunny chow” and scones were very nice, unlike anything we’ve had before! Overall there was just the right amount of food, and they had a lovely selection of flavoured teas....The price is great for London as some places can be really expensive. The staff were very friendly, we were offered top ups of tea and water often. The atmosphere was very relaxing and comfortable, we sat in the window and watched the world go by while enjoying our delicious treats!More

Delicous tea with options for the group who consisted of vegan, veggie and gluten and lactose intolerant! We booked in advance and therefore the dietary requirements were no issue. Food really tasty and the ambiance of the place very relaxing. Close to Victoria, so ideal...location to get to. Excellent service and great value for money. I would recommend it!More

This was a very unexpected find for great food and cocktails! I worked across the road from bbar for almost a year but never tried it as I thought it was just a bar. Came here for lunch with my friend the other day and...had some excellent, fresh pan fried fish followed by a delicious piece of cheesecake (proper, real cheesecake). My friend had the burger and apple strudel, and really enjoyed them! Drinks were a Zombie cocktail and blueberry vohito- very well balanced in flavour and good size. Not your average london joint that rides on the coattails of being in London, to the detriment of its actual produce- would highly recommend!!More

Had a Wonderful Meal here as part of our stay at Hotel 41 which is next door. The Hotel organised this for us. The Manager looked nervous as it was the day of opening up after lock down and even checked with us if we...wanted him to wear a mask (it wasn't compulsory on the 4th July 2020). Our Meal was Superb and the Service was Great.More

Don't book just go, think they always make a plan. Lovely bar area, alternatively book a day or two before. We just walked in.
