There was 5 of us visiting this restaurant. When we walked in we were taken to a table which only had 4 chairs, she then tried to put another chair around the table, but I said that there was not enough room. Another customer who was on the same table moved his bag which was taking up a chair. Which... More

Having been to similar all you can eat restaurants this has to be the worst yet. Selection of food poor staff not interested in customer service. I had sweet corn soup warm. Rice boiled was not cooked and was told to change it for fried rice. I wanted boiled not fried I told the manager not interested in service. Poor... More

We've just got back to our hotel after eating at this poor excuse for a restaurant. The food was watery, the salt and chilli wings were undercooked. The satay skewers were rubbery. Everything else was stone cold with the exception of the Hong Kong style sweet and sour chicken which was a decent temperature. The staff were okay and they... More

First time in Convent Garden/China town with my daughter and two young grandchildren from France. Looking for a buffet so that the children could choose their own food. BIG MISTAKE . The food (if that what you can call it) was stone cold, greasy, extremely poor quality, limited choice and unappetizing. Unfortunately the children had selected their food and had... More

Wanted somewhere quick and easy with a Chinese buffet for an easy tea with the kids. This place is 10.95 for adults and 6.50 for kids. Decent size fruit juices for 1.80. Not an enormous buffet selection but it was ok and a choice of some fresh veg and canned fruit also. If all you want is simple chips..rice..noodles...prawn crackers..ribs..chicken... More

If you like lukewarm food, then this is the place for you. The food was bland and not very hot. The best thing was the soup and prawn crackers. 2 of us ate here and it cost £28 for 2 buffets and 2 Cokes..A rip off. On visiting the toilet there was building materials in corridor and tools behind the... More

Expected far better as location in China Town, London. Signage outside £10.95 for all you can eat, looked busy inside so thought we'd try! PROs •Reasonably priced drinks: £2.30 Coke & £3.30 for a Tiger Beer •Quick bite to eat! •Good location CONs •10% service charge added on all bills •Food not very appetising. •Dirty building inside •Was rushed by... This place! What can I say! Should have known when we were shown to a table that the previous occupant hadn't even left that the staff were just rude- they literally turfed them out so we could sit down. Everyone was rammed in! Food- great if you're a vegetarian as hardly any meat! Everything was Luke warm. Worst bit was... More

Four of us stayed in London over the weekend to watch the NFL game and we went to Chinatown Friday and Saturday night, the first buffet we went to was called Mr Woo's and it was ok but nothing special , this place was on Saturday night and was much better. Had bigger choice of dishes and also starter options... More

Staying in Soho

Neighbourhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
