Went here with some colleagues from work. Not that impressed. Really disappointed as I was expecting great things. The Dim sum was average but it was the cleanliness of the place that was what caught my eye. It all was rather grubby and looked like it all needed a really good clean. Average food. Wouldn't rush back. Oh...and a word... More

Went here for our 1st wedding anniversary dinner. I sent an online booking reservation earlier in the morning but didnt have a response. When we turned up they didnt have record of it but I should have really called and confirmed. We managed to get a table though which was good and I mistakenly thought that they would have dim... I recently attended with sons aged 2 and 9. The high chairs don't have straps so I had to wedge the chair as close to the table as possible to keep my 2 year old seated. Ordered the following: Prawn toast - ok, but a little oily Duck & pancakes - nice, few restaurants can get this wrong Beef rice... More

We travelled here for evening dinner from Kingston having heard about it from a friend. Lovely "space" and setting, but down hill all the way after that. The menu, white kitchen plates etc were more suited to a cheap cafe than a prime waterfront restaurant. Food was poor - duck was "off" for us despite being served to other diners.... More

I have not had a meal at the restaurant yet (although I will be going soon I hope), but I did pass by and decided to order a delivery. You can see their menu on their website and order via a button there on HungryHouse.co.uk I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food when it arrived. The... More

I've been here a few times and to be honest it is hit and miss. There are times when the food is delicious succulent and full of flavour but then there are other days when the food is bland or just drenched in soy to give it some sort of flavour. I had a large gathering in their private room... More

It always a pleasure to pop here for a Dim Sum lunch. Friendly team, consistent menu and a pleasant view of the river make it a regular option.

this is a normal Chinese restaurant, the chinese dont seem to like customers so the service is as like most chinese restaurants, unfriendly and aggressive. we eat lunchtime Dim Sum, which was tasty.. id go back as it met my expectations.. Thai restaurants provide much better service..

Wayne who took the take away order was efficient and courteous, however when we rang after waiting an hour - we had been advised it could take that long - i was surprised to find that the restaurants delivery girl had other deliveries in the area . The food not only was cold it was tasteless, gooey and generally unappealing.... More

We are so sorry to hear that this was a bad experience for you. It would appear that this was a one off difficult night. We can assure you that we do not take this lightly, the food is delicious and we would be happy to give your next order a 30% discount. Apologies once again. More

Very slow without any hint of an apology. Food is ok but more expensive than it should be. Disappointing. Used to be much better

Staying in Chelsea

Neighbourhood Profile
Chelsea
Wealth courses through The King's Road, Chelsea's upmarket artery of West London life packed with shops, eateries and glitzy nightspots. For people-watching at its best and luxury retail therapy that's largely unrivalled, this area cannot be missed. But if this showy street starts to overwhelm or a moment of price tag shock sends you reeling, a quick detour down pretty much any of many King's Road veins will reveal a quieter side of Chelsea. Here the stately Royal Hospital hosts its world-famous flower show, and the Thames rolls along at a lazy pace, with leafy Battersea Park and its Peace Pagoda beckoning from across the river.
