Hello, I don't work at Coq d'Argent, I am a client. You can take pictures and have drinks outside even if not dining as a guest. The dress code is smart casual. I am not aware of charges, you can always go, have a drink... More

No dress code but you may feel better in smart casual. Jeans are ok so long as smart enough. The "City" lost a lot of pomposity years back. If you are a man, forget the tie. Hope this helps.
