I took my boyfriend today with a groupon voucher for lobster and wagyu steak. The food is delicious, the staff is more than nice and friendly, we had a small issues but everyone was so understanding and quick to resolve. Our waiter was amazing at his suggestions, we went for all his recommendations and it paid off. The place is... More

Emailed management and still not had any kind of response for over a week! We had a table booked for 7pm before visiting the bar downstairs where we had a very negative experience. When booking our table with you for NYE we were very excited for the entertainment that you had advertised. We were told there would be a magician,... More

We went here for a friends 21st birthday, hoping for a really great experience however... 1. we understand that you get a time slot and cant sit at the table forever but from the second we arrived the waiter kept reminding us we didn't have long. It was like having a human countdown beside you, making you feel rushed and... More

We got a last minute Groupon deal for 6 cocktails which we thought would be great to start our evening off with. The booking process could not have been easier and I certainly didn't feel any less of a valued customer when calling to book or during the time we were there. On arrival we were a bit confused as... We went there as a family of 4. The atmosphere is chic and very nice decor. The place is not as big from inside as appears from online photos. However, given the space constraints in Central London the place is big enough. Even the toilets are worth a visit. We shared different combinations of sushi, sashimi and tempura. It was... More

A friend and I booked in for the crazy bear 12 plate tasting menu. Beautifully executed food. Perfect temperature and good variety of dishes. The timings were spot on. We weren't waiting too long and equally not made to feel rushed. The lobster pad Thai was amazing as were the xtra order of tempura prawns. Generous measure of champagne to... More

Booked tickets for NYE event at the crazy bear. We got the early bird tickets at £49.50 per person which I thought was a great price. Food served was average. Desert was poor. Cannot fault the service in the restaurant though. After the sit down meal we were then taken to a table in the bar area downstairs. At around... More

I was so excited to go for New Years Eve as I have been to Beaconsfield before and loved it.... shame the London restaurant is nothing like it! The food was very spicy, and not quite enough, dessert was awful, fruit salad with cheap fruit, cut up chunks of apple and grapes and one lychee ! The only good thing... More
