When we go to the theatre in the West End, almost always we go to the Lowlander. Initially it was their wonderful range of draught and bottled beers that attracted us. But now we find that their food is also the draw. Eating does make it easier to choose from their fantastic range of beers, as generally each item on... More

Amazing, tasty night out at the Lowlander during out London visit! YOU REALLY HAVE TO COME AND TRY OUT THE GREAT SELECTION OF BEERS AND THE DELICIOUS FOOD! But careful, if you try too many you will see many little pink elephants ;) If you wonder why, you have to pass by... :) (Thx a lot to the GM!)

Visited here on Saturday and despite being fully booked they did find a seat for my dad and I. Menu looked good, almost spoilt for choice! We both had the Steak et Frites which was cooked to perfection and very tasty! The Belgian beer selection was extensive but we didn't have enough time to work our way through that menu... More

The setting is unpretentious, the beer selection is excellent and the staff know exactly what they're doing, table service for drinks is also really nice too. I had the food and that wasn't half bad too. I visited here 3/5 days in London, I just wish I found it on the first 2 days, then it would've been 5/5. The... More

I popped in here en route to a theatre show fairly close by after it came up via Trip Advisor "best near me" search. What a find! Big bar, specializing in Belgian and Dutch beers...you could easily be in Bruges or Amsterdam! Amazing selection...although, be warned, both the price and the strength will mean that you need to take it... More

Massive choice of beers, great staff in a central part of London. Always has a at least one table available. Or almost always. Been here loads of times, always great service. Always. Totally worth a visit!

Amazing selection of beers and really good food to go with it. Perfect atmosphere for any time of the day (we had drinks before going to the theatre, but came back for dinner after the show!). Brilliant staff, they love their bar and know their beers - that makes the experience of coming here the best! We had a Dutch... More

Maybe this was my fault, but made reservation for our family's last night in London based on menu on website and TripAdvisor reviews. Unfortunately, when we got there for a 7:00 reservation they were only offering a limited menu with none of the Belgian dishes that attracted me to the place. It was December 27th so must have had to... More
