About
In 1994, Red Pepper Restaurant set the standard for independent mid-price Italian restaurants in London by opening its doors to the public. It's secret: authentic pizza baked in its wood-burning oven brought over from Italy. Some of our regulars swear it's the best pizza in London and who are we to disagree? But Red Pepper is not just about pizza. We are dedicated to the best regional Italian cooking, from places seldom featured on most "nouveau Italian" menus - dishes from Sardinia, the Campania and the south; home-made, melt in the mouth pasta; sauces based on game and seafood, grills of the best, freshest catches of the day. Red Pepper restaurant is small, cosy, informal and welcoming. Whether

We visited Red Pepper in August and once again received a fabulous welcome. Staff and food were great despite having to adhere to Covid restrictions.

Food was extremely flavorless. I was served a chicken breast fillet with no seasoning. I could have made that better at home. Not worth spending your money here. Extremely underwhelming. Also, the wine by the glass had a significant amount of sludge in it. Eww....Yuk.More

We visited this restaurant as a group of 8 adults on a Friday night. We had some pizzas, a pasta and a starter; including vegetarian pizzas. The service was quick and courteous; the food was wholesome and authentic. A good collective experience.

I love Italian food and this is a real find. The food is absolutely delicious and the service is excellent. I plan to return again. Although some will call the restaurant but if you go as a couple it could be described as intimate. Parking...is easy. Menu choices great and you will not be dissapointed.More

They are very accommodating, friendly and the food is very good. The only thing I would say is the pasta portions are very small.
