If you like a bit of music and some good food, this is your place. We went there with my family and we had great service along with some lovely food. The portions are HUGE, so you do get what you pay for. We had to queue a little to get in but the atmosphere and service paid off. More... More

Very disappointed! We normally go the Manchester Hard Rock and have always enjoyed our experience. This one was such a let down! We expected so much more considering this was the London Hard Rock Cafe. We were waiting to be seated when our waitress told us to wait and went on to seat people who came in after us! Whilst... We arrived without notice around midday and within a few moments the Duty Host Paul advised us of a potential 40 minute wait. As we were in no rush my Wife and I accepted Pauls invitation to drinks at the Bar whilst we wait. Jimmy who was tending the Bar was firstly apologetic as there were no Draft Beers available... Amazing atmosphere, fresh food and excellent staff - warm, welcoming and friendly. Hard Rock are doing World Burger Tour with burgers from Argentina, Spain, Tennessee and Vietnam. We chose Spanish burger and it was one of the best burgers I had !

I visited the Hard Rock cafe with a group if friends, and we had a fantastic experience. The evening is an experience from the moment you arrive, our fabulous server Amy took the time to tell us all about the history of the restaurant and point out the best bits of memorabilia. Amy recommended one of the burgers from 'around... More

We were treated to an evening at the Hard Rock Cafe and had a fantastic experience. Amy, our server, was super nice and it was genuinely service with a smile. The best burgers you can buy in Central London by far!! Fantastic location as well, so you can easily walk off a few of the calories while enjoying the nearby... More

Nice atmosphere, good music, but it's nothing special. For what is essentially burger and chips, it's very overpriced. The food was nice enough, but not exceptional and definitely not worth the money. The food was very rushed and practically thrown at you. The drinks took ages to come... And I certainly don't expect to have to reuse the cutlery from... More

Yesterday we used a voucher for the Hard Rock Cafe. I was given the voucher for a 50th birthday present. We were lead to a table squashed in the corner and presented with a menu each. there were only four options. Burger cheeseburger chicken burger and a pasta dish. I asked the server how big the burger was and she... More

This was the first time I'd been to a Hard Rock Cafe and didn't have to wait for a table, a lunch time visit is definitely the best time time to go. The music was really loud and it was really hard to hear the waiter when he was talking to us, didn't have a clue what he was saying... More

Description
Standing on Old Park Lane since June 14th 1971, this is the one that started it all. Offering warm service and ubiquitous Rock 'n' Roll music from the beginning - Hard Rock Cafe London became an instant classic. Still housing the first ever piece of memorabilia donated to the Hard Rock Cafe, Eric Clapton's Lead II Fender, originally donated to reserve a space at the busy bar, the London Cafe is as charming and authentic now as it was 44 years ago. The Cafe is also as famous as ever around town for attracting the best rock stars down for a legendary meal and the occasional "jamming session". Come see time fly and lose yourself in our extensive memorabilia collection, enjoy the unusual and eclectic setting for an Away Day meeting or hire the entire venue for an experience and party that truly rocks!

Staying in Mayfair

Neighbourhood Profile
Mayfair
Set beside some of London's best parks and home to world-class galleries, luxurious hotels, and famed thoroughfares, the ultra upscale Mayfair is one of London's most exclusive haunts. Here the shopping is haute, the dining is exquisite, and the nightlife is vibrant. A casual stroll through the area’s chic streets will reveal that Michelin stars and chauffeured cars are practically the norm here. Even if you're on a tight budget, this exceptionally well connected swath of Central London is worth exploring, if only for the chance to take a peak at the goings on of upper crust English society.
