My boyfriend booked Chez Bruce for a surprise birthday meal, knowing it's one of my favourite restaurants. Firstly, the food was very good and the cheeseboard was amazing! However a meal out is more than just the food. When they called to confirm, my boyfriend...More

Visited on spec today with a friend for lunch. Beautiful food, well presented. Lovely friendly service. Great value for money with fixed price 3 courses £35. Extras not unreasonably priced for a restaurant of this quality. Worth a visit for special occasion.

My husband and I visited Chez Bruce during the week for lunch, on my birthday. We had been there once before a few years ago and we were happy to find the same excellence we remembered from our first visit. The atmosphere is pleasantly buzzy,...More

I had wanted to try this restaurant for a long time and it was worth the wait. The dinner menu is at a set price and my mutton broth followed by belly pork was superb. There is an excellent cheese board in true french style...More

At Chez Bruce there is no dress code but you might see most of the guests dressed smart casual. The atmosphere is very relaxed.
