The sea bream was really nice and the profiteroles too, and the staff was really helpful. Would definitely recommend and come back.

We called in by chance and had a pleasant lunch from the set menu. The lamb was well done which was what we wanted but perhaps to the English rather than the French taste. A nice glass of white Burgundy. Service was efficient and friendly.

Business lunch and first time. My guests suggested the Tavern but I thought we would move up a notch. What a great choice. Fantastic service, food and ambiance. Highly recommend this restaurant.

We came for a quick working lunch and it perfectly met our expectations in a cosy environment. To be noted: the white "wine of the house" from New Zealand.

A little disappointed with my visit here. Had been previously and was impressed with the choice and quality of food. Visited again mid week in November and food seemed sub-standard. Food came out cold and with little on the plate to impress. Fishcakes were dry...More
