We stumbled on this on our way back to our hotel from Oxford street and so glad we found it. The pie was gorgeous with chips and oven baked beans, I was in heaven. Will definitely try it again. The staff are great and the atmosphere is good and the prices were good as well.

Located not far off Oxford street, we visited here to fulfil one of our biggest ambitions while in London- eat a good homemade steak and kidney pie. We were not disappointed. The Windmill is ranked as being amongst the best pie houses in London- and justifiably so. It was delicious and was washed down with a few pints. Atmosphere was... More

This is a good dining pub and has a good function room with bar for small parties. Good service and reasonable cost. It is Xmas so very busy like all pubs but seemed to cope well

On my recent visit to London, I was naturally craving a traditional meat pie. My friend and I did a quick search and found The Windmill. I was impressed with the selection of pies and the food was absolutely delicious. We were able to sit outside on the rooftop patio, and enjoy some drinks in the sun.

Nice, characteristics pub, just behind the crowd of regent street. We ate here after a shopping walk and found good food, amazing choices of beers at good prices. Moreover this pub is located in a quite small street and is genuine old England style!

Need I say more than the subject line...! A keen pie and beer enthusiast, I was drawn in my the promise of the best pie in London. Needless to say, we weren't disappointed (the beers weren't too bad either!). Anyone looking for a true British experience and a truly great pie, then I would definitely recommend. Also, the location is... More

A wonderful retreat from the hustle and bustle of busy Regents Street. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly - and no blaring music. The decor is attractive and in keeping with the pubs traditional style. We had the pies ( a fish and a steak & kidney)). They were very tasty and piping hot. Too full to indulge in the... More
