Oh. My. God. Ordered this as one of the special restaurant options available via Deliveroo. Wasn't cheap at £35, but fancied a treat. Wasn't any options to make requests (basic stuff like ginger and soy sauce). Tried to find a number for them for the...More

Historically, the biggest Japanese diaspora is in Brazil and Yoobi reflects this half Japanese/Half Brazilian side. It's a beautiful simplistic wooden/bamboo-ish style restaurant with honestly the most original makis I've ever had in London. My top 3 makis are: - Crunchy veggie asparagus, avocado, carrot;...More

Description
Launched in April 2012, Yoobi, London’s first temakeria, takes inspiration from Brazil and pushes the sushi experience in an exciting direction. Freshly made temaki rolls, featuring uniquely developed flavour combinations, are served to eat in or enjoy on the go. A range of creative recipes use the highest quality natural ingredients; from their own rice blend to the finest sustainably-sourced fish and fresh wasabi to locally sourced vegetables. The name is derived from the word ‘yubi’, Japanese for fingers, which reflects the ‘hands on’ nature of Yoobi’s food.
