Our first visit to this wonderfully restored building, everything was pretty much spot on, food was excellent, wine and cocktails great, and a special word for our waiter Ralph who was very attentive and looked after us admirably. Well worth a visit and we will...More

The bar is beautiful - such an amazing building with so much character. Waiter serve was excellent too. But main courses took an hour to come, risotto was bland and cold and had to be sent back and still no better second time around. I...More

Took the Eurostar to Lille for a day trip and returned to St. Pancras for dinner. Chose the Booking Office for my birthday dinner. Was seated promptly, the restaurant was very busy - but Jeffrey and Mike took great care of me and made it...More

In the past I had repeatedly did business meetings here - convenient just off the Eurostar. Never had any problem sitting down for a coffee. for once, I came in jeans and the staff shamelessly said they don’t accept guests for a coffee. A plain...More

I visited The Booking Office yesterday for the third time as it’s a perfect place for my friends from Beaconsfield and Kent to meet together easily. The restaurant is beautiful and had kept many of the glorious features from its Victorian past. The food was...More

Our lunchtime visit started badly. We were first shown to a low table surrounded by even lower easy chairs - OK for cocktails and canapes but not for diners of a certain age. I made my views known and within a minute were invited to...More

We booked this to celebrate an anniversary for dinner before a cruise. The lamb was fantastic, the vegetables we cooked but not overdone. Cocktails were very nice. It's not inexpensive but the quality and service make it worth the price. We'll be back...ask for Ralph;...More

This place is a very pleasant date venue or " impress your friend"- kind of a bar, that'd remind me of a British pub, but with 5 star decor, zooming around waiters in bow ties and prices to match the pretence of luxury. Tiny bar...More

Staying at the hotel we stopped here for a late night snack after the theatre - mistake. It was so dark we couldn;t read the menu and so loud with a constant beat of music we couldn't hear any thing including each other. We ordered...More

Mixed feelings about this restaurant. The waiting staff were attentive and worked hard to give us a wonderful evening. It’s a fabulous building and the live music was good. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the food. I had the burrata to start which was...More

Description
Situated in the original station's ticket hall, the Booking Office Bar & Restaurant at St Pancras Renaissance Hotel is one of the most inspirational places to enjoy a drink in the City. Reviving the tradition of the station cafe, the cathedral-like drama of the space, combined with 29m-long bar and menu serving classic British dishes, are conversation-stoppers at any time of day. A striking setting for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner, the Booking Office also offers an array of punches and mixed drinks recreated from lost recipes from the Victorian era, as well as a range of bespoke and seasonal cocktails.
