We had a couple of drinks and dinner while watching a rugby game. The selection of beers is good and the prices affordable. Although the pub was packed, the delicious steak & ale pie came almost straight away. Very good pub and definitely worth a visit!

Had booked a table several weeks prior to visit only to be told they couldn't find our booking on our arrival. I showed the staff my confirmation e-mail but got the feeling they didn't really care. They did find us a seat after ten mins (there were only 2 of us) but we just had our drink and left without... More

Came here before our train home from Euston station, lovely pub, very warm with a nice atmosphere and the Sunday roast was perfect

I' ve been there 1 week ago with four friends, just to spent a funny night together. First, the availability was great, from all the staff, we have seen a real funny e available team behind the bar, mostly two bartenders(male and female), they were great, mostly the sexy shaved guy. The lamb was delicious, truly recommended. Cheers

Came here for breakfast/brunch, my partner had the full English and I had the bacon sandwich. Hash browns were okay but bacon was very pale and looked uncooked, had obviously be microwaved, for 4 pounds you would expect it to be cooked properly. Full english was average. Very poor selection of soft drinks, no cans of juice at all. The... More

I visited here in November, staff were really good and the food was beautiful, but I agree with some other people here... commuters were just using it as a shelter and on top of that some of the customers are quite rude and loud... BUUUTTT that's London! The food was also quite greasy, not really sure what that was about... More

This is probably best Sports Bar in London. I went there at least 10 times. In every time I went there the staff were kind and the beer was awesome. It has many Fuller's options "on tap". Also, the food is delicious. In the last time I went there, I asked for the lamb. It was perfectly cooked and seasoned.... More

The pub was fairly packed but they hadn't allowed for it. We had a breakfast, one wasn't delivered, what was delivered was tepid and greasy. Very poor

Popped in for a pint as we arrived a little early for our tour of the British Library. Pleasant staff, top pint and a really buzzing atmosphere. Is was really weird to notice that a lot of the customers had cases, no doubt using it as a awaiting room for their train from one of the 3 major stations close... More

Customer service very poor, no smiling by the staff at all. Breakfast was cold and very greasy, when we approached the staff they said they were to busy.

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighbourhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
