Busy area in London. Not always easy to find a place without reserving so sometimes better wait few minutes for a table at Rosa's' for the guarantee of some nice Thai food and quick but nice service. Well prepared Thai dishes some nice drinks. Quite small but not too noisy.

I had a lovely impromptu meal here with some family. We were a table of three. The upstairs was busy, but they managed to find us a table downstairs- we were the only ones downstairs to start with, so it lacked the buzzy atmosphere upstairs, but it was still fine (other large groups arrived after a little while). Service was... More

We wanted a quick meal before heading to Ronnie Scott's around the corner and Rosa's Thai Cafe didn't disappoint. Lovely menu - I had the Tom Yum soup followed by green chicken curry which are pretty standard dishes but they were delicious. They also serve pretty nice cocktails - we can recommend the Co Pi Pi! Quick service, basic ambiance... More

On arrival I informed the waitress I had a shellfish allergy. She then went to find another member of staff that could help me. I was told I would only be able to eat one of the starters (rainbow rolls) and they could cook any curry using a vegan curry paste. Sadly, the rainbow rolls arrived and were rubbery and... More

This place is always busy so it's better to reserve and anyways it's worth the wait. The Green Curry is a very flavoursome dish and the Chow Mein is delish with a dash of peanuts. For starters we ordered Satay which unfortunately was nothing to write home about. Sticky rice was aromatic and very inviting. All in all a nice... More

Finally, somewhere in London which my partner and I chanced upon, which serves tasty food! I had the drunken noodles which were very flavoursome, and provided my pallet with a wonderful sensory experience. That said, the only letdown with regards to the food were the portion sizes; they were reasonable, but not as substantial as I think a dinner should... More

Came here with no booking on an early Saturday evening but managed to get a table for 4. The menu is varied but full of traditional Thai foods – we tried a range of Pad Thai, satay, and Pad Kra Prao (which was decent but unfortunately not as I remember it in Thailand). The food arriving very quickly, but the... More

After a horrible experience waiting for a table at New world Chinese restaurant, my partner and I decided to go Rosa' Thai cafe for lunch. We had the Thai calamari for starters then the chicken chili and basil stir fry. I just gotta say, thet stir fry was cooked to perfection and was so tasty I had to have the... More

Gorgeous curry with chicken, was so comforting in this freezing cold weather!! It was fragrant and the vegetables and sauce were so delicious. Didn't have to wait long for a take away, so could sit down and enjoy at work...

Had dinner here this evening and it was delicious. Had the chicken satay and calamari for starters followed by chicken pad thai and thai green curry with jasmin rice for main which we shared. Really tasty lovely food. Wish the portions were a little bit bigger but still very yummy. Also had the summer rolls which were delicious. Very popular... More

Staying in Soho

Neighbourhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
