Food was ok I had the red velvet pancakes , this came with a drizzle of icing which was vile made the pancakes taste disgusting. But without they tasted much better but tasted like bicarbonate soda. The full breakfast was nice and the normal buttermilk pancakes. Nothing to rave about though , not worth the money paid . Will go... More

Average food with god awful service, I waited 45 minutes for a chicken burger but because they messed up my order, I never even got it, I decided to leave without even having it because the family I was with had finished their meal and I finished my drink. I wasn’t going to wait there all night for a chicken... More

Went on sat 19 Nov 16. At 10am the place was almost deserted which should have told us something. It took 10 mins to get a waitress and 30 mins to get food. We should have sent all 5 meals back. My breakfast was cold. 2 others had pancakes which were inedible. This place should be shut down. I have... More

We called in on Saturday at about 10.30, it was fairly quiet so we easily got a table and were served quickly. Two of the party had the breakfast burritos. Once they had arrived we realised that one could probably have been shared between two. The pancakes were similarly huge, and whilst there were only three in a serving I... More

Good milkshakes, very mediocre food, terrible service. After a 20 minute wait for a table - despite there being empty ones available, we then ordered and it was a further hour until the food actually arrived! This was after some chasing, then the food began arriving sporadically, we had to ask twice for cutlery as the first time they only... More

My wife and I ate there during our recent trip to London. It was mainly American style food. Think burgers, hot dogs, BBQ, and French fries. It was a nice reminder of food at home if you are craving that.

Ate here today as a family and never have two kids been so frustrated with such lacklustre service. My 10 year old had to go and ask for the bill after a waiter walked past and ignored us for the 100th time. The waitress took ages at the beginning to take our order, we then had to wait over 39... Breakfast menu was different from the other usual breakfast places with a large variety. Service is very basic, cutlery within a mug at the centre of the table and some dishes come wrapped in paper with no plate. Waiting staff completely un-uniformed and if you want their attention, need to be careful not to ask other customers for service. Still... More

This great little American diner does a fantastic breakfast. You won't be disappointed. Try the pancakes or lumberjack breakfast!

The Oreo shake is amazing, only complaint is that it's too big! Burger was great and I love that they do gluten free buns. They actually cook to order - medium rare comes exactly as that! Chips are better than the other chains. This place is now at the top of my list, overtaking meatliquor.
