My family and I had breakfast at the Regency twice during our trip to London. The food was very good and the lady that took our order was very nice (I was a novice with the British pound and she was very patient.) It was...More

We went there after reading other reviews... they were totally right, the place is old/vintage style and on Saturday morning a bit crowdy but ok. The english breakfast (egg+sausage+beans+bacon+toast) costs 5.50, suggest to add 0,90 hash browns (fried potatoes). Coffee or tea included. Marco is...More

At 11am on a Monday morning, this place was still queuing. After queuing for 10-15mins, I order the 'set breakfast' (£5.50) which included egg, 2 rashers of bacon, sausage, beans/tomatoes and two slices of bread/toast as well as a cuppa tea/coffee. The extra hash brown...More

We visited Regency Cafe for the first time on July 2015. I liked it so much that I returned on a trip to London on September 2016. My dad, brothers and I were looking for a traditional English breakfast. Regency Cafe accomplished to amaze us....More

Very authentic and English tradit ional place. The breakfast was fabulous, beans were just cooked right, sausages were tasty, bacon was delicious, and toast was, well, a toast. Coffee was decent.

Excellent traditional breakfast. Good value. Classic place. Only remember to obey the rule, order your food before get your seats. I do think this is a good and effective rule, but of course someone who seeks a romantic sit-in restaurant with a server might love...More

Looking for a traditional English breakfast? Give this place a go. After reading several breakfast lists naming the Regency Cafe we decided to give it a shot. We each had the traditional "set" breakfast! The line was somewhat long upon arriving - but the food...More

A friend brought us here for breakfast. The food was English breakfast fare. What made the breakfast interesting was the server, a lady who appeared to have swallowed a microphone. What a voice she has! This is the place where taxi drivers go for breakfast....More

I am not a fan of typical English breakfast as it is heavy, nevertheless on a cold January morning we craved some propore and hot British food. The line was quite long and we waited about 30 minutes (it was a Saturday). we ordered a...More

If you only had an afternoon to experience London on a
grand scale, Westminster would be a wise place to
start. The ornate Houses of Parliament and Westminster
Abbey sit adjacent at a corner of Parliament Square,
and a short stroll along The Mall leads to Buckingham
Palace. Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column are just
up the road as well. As captivating as the
architecture is, the wonders of Mother Nature are

How long might the wait be at around noon on a Wednesday? I don't need exact times but would it be 15 minutes or 55 minutes, Also what time is breakfast served until and what time does lunch start at?
