The wine rooms have lovely atmosphere good choice of wine and great Jamon Iberico but anything the chef touched looked like it came out of a third rate American diner. Coarse, doused in bad garlic and fried in the kind of ugly batter you don't even see microwavable dinners these days. What once were potato croquetas trebled in size and... More

We met a friend sir supper last night and this was a perfect choice as we had all been out for large lunches elsewhere. The great thing about the wine rooms are you can choose some really good wines by the glass -without having to order the whole bottle. Perfect for last night as one of my co diners was... More

A wonderful venue with excellent food and service. I had booked this for my sons 21st and it was perfect. Excellent tapas and main courses, wonderful service from excellent staff and a great choice of wines which allowed a group to really try some different wines.

Just stopped in to enjoy myself. They have a dispenser system for wine, I have never seen before. Beautiful ambiance. They have wine classes and are very active in new experiences. If you enjoy wine, you should stop by and talk with them

Seems there is a wine club, just had 2 glasses of wine and an appetizer. You get an exact 125ml or 150ml wine pour. One visit is enough.

I work around the corner from the KWR and pop in every now and then. It was quite quiet being not yet 6pm on a Friday evening so I walked in and went straight to a table to await my friend. Waitress saw me but did not acknowledge. Waited a few min but still nothing- I tried to catch her... More

A quiet night in February. The staff were friendly if a little dozy in that the waitress forgot part of our order. Sadly, my onglet and chips was massively over salted. The rest of the food was ok.

Always been a big fan. 6 of us went last Saturday night and had a truly enjoyable meal. Great wine list, tending towards the natural and with lots of posh (location, location!) wines. Great Foie Gras to start with the we had six different mains followed by delicious Androuet (the best...) cheeses - all lovely. Nice, relaxed and friendly service.... More

We popped in for a glass of wine, ordered 2 glasses of Barolo (Italian red wine) and were charged £107 for the 2 glasses of wine. Surely wine costing £53.50 per glass should be in a special category? or?? I have travelled the world and ordered a glass of wine in a multitude of bars and wine bars and never... More

Dear Caroline, We take all complaints very seriously and have reviewed yours. You chose the Bruno Giacosa Barolo Le Roche dell Falleto 2005 from the Wines By The Glass menu, and your server, Diego, repeated, pointed and confirmed your order as is our custom with higher end wines. Bruno Giacosa is arguably one of the more prestigious Barolo producers, and... More
