A friend introduced me to Terry's cafe on our London visit. Having taken a boat downstream from our hotel we were both ready for a good breakfast. At first I really did wonder what my friend was thinking as we appeared to make our way though a maze of streets to get to Terry's. On arrival at around 8.45 the... More

A lovely little traditional English cafe. The food is plentiful and the tea is fresh. The service is friendly, too. Try the fish finger sandwich, it was superb!

Best place in town... Austin and the team do a great job and food always the same. Had the steak and chips with gravy today with fried onions - perfect. Never normally veer from the ADB as it is amazing. So handy it is just round the corner - cheers

Small cafe a little out of the way but worth finding. Very welcoming atmosphere and great breakfast. Even though we were not local we were made to feel like we were old friends. Will go back again.

Have been to Terry's a few times to eat in and take-away at lunch and breakfast and have never been disappointed. The food is always fresh and its great value for money, it might be a bit more than other cafes but you will not leave hungry.

Thank Adrian315

At Terry's we pride our self on only using quality locally sourced produce. The ethos at Terry's is to provide good honest food in an inviting friendly manner . Our meats come from smithfield meat market (where Terry used to work prior to the cafe) and our fresh produce comes from the famous Borough market. More recently in 2011 we introduced our coffee machine to the forecourt of our shop We enjoy a good relationship with Monmouth coffee co who have supplied us from the outset. We bake our own fresh pastries on the premises daily. Lunch time you can enjoy one of our home cooked daily specials from £8.00, such as "Toad in the hole ", sausage & herb pie, Traditional Roast dinners or Fish and chips, all cooked the premises and cooked to our own families recipes. Home cooking at its best! If your looking for a michelin star rated restaurant your in the wrong place, if its a Traditional English cafe, serving unpretentious good valued food and service look no further.

In 2015 we launched our own brand of tea ...Terry's Tea , London's noted cup of tea since 1982 , pure unblended , fully traceable ceylon tea , available in store , on the Terry's cafe & Present London websites . Available in English Breakfast (Cylon Black ) . Earl Grey . Green tea & Jasmine . Chamomile .London's morning pride coming soon .
