A lovely little coffee house with great pastries and awesome savoury food. Really friendly and helpful staff. My card had been blocked and they were very understanding while I sorted the issue out with my bank, allowing us to eat and drink before paying. Thank you for great customer service.

A bit of a challenge to find proper independent coffee shops in London ( UK ) for some reason so we were delighted to find this bijou coffee shop. The coffee was lovely, a unique flavour and colour to it, mildly strong and not bitter. We got there just before closing time so we were unable to taste the food. Lovely and welcoming staff. Louie was happy to provide us with more details about the origins of the coffee, blend and how they chose it.

Although hidden it is a popular spot for coffee lovers and breakfast munchers. Nice vibes, indoor and outdoor seating four about 16 people. Better for small groups and individuals I'd say but delicious drinks and croissants.

The name says it all, unique and secret coffee place, this is the one you are looking for.
Their coffee is different to any you will or have tried around London.
The place is so cute that you will want to have a second or third coffee.
Most important thing I will recommended this place for it's their Staff, always kind and with a smile.
113% recommended.

This is what an indie coffee house should be. Best coffee I’ve had in London made by a terrific barista. Friendly and knowledgeable about coffee, and best toasted sandwich too. Honestly go and try it. Top marks everyone!

The coffee is great, the location is great. BUT the people who work here are miserable and rude. On two occasions I have stood at the counter to be ignored and not had a single friendly word. There’s loads of great coffee in London. Avoid here to avoid bad vibes.

Lovely little coffee house tucked away from the rat race. We sat out in the courtyard and enjoyed delicious cake and coffee.

This is a hidden gem of a coffee shop, just of a main thoroughfare in Soho accessed by an alley. There is a surprisingly large courtyard with tables outside the front. There are tables inside too but no toilet. Our coffees were excellent. I'm not sure if this place is open at weekends.

My partner and I found this randomly when we were looking for breakfast! What a find. The menu is simple but delicious! Time has clearly been taken to make every single thing on the menu perfect! We can recommend the orange juice and the smoothies! Ham and cheese croissant and also the yogurt and fruit! Just wow! It’s in a cute little courtyard and has lovely and friendly staff!!
Get down there as soon as you can!

I was delighted to find this Coffee shop while vising the Second Shelf bookshop next door......now what could be better....browsing happily around a bookshop followed by excellent coffee and a wonderful, and thick, slice of fresh banana cake?
I adore finding new, quirky or hidden Coffee house gems.....this is certainly a big tick in all those boxes
Like good books and great coffee?.....then Smith's Court is right for you too

Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
