Visited with a group of 10+ people. The starters were amazing specially the zaganaki! Totally recommended. Food was warm and freshly cooked. For mains most of had grilled meat or the moussaka. I had a mixed souvlaki however a bit dry. I needed to order more tzaziki. The decorations were really nice giving the place a cozy ambience. I would... More

We have eaten here many times as our office used to be in Cleveland Street. We had visited the Natural History Museum and we decided to go to The Four Lanterns for dinner. This is a small restaurant and their kleftiko is very good. The service is good and the food is always well prepared and tasty.

I've eaten at The Four Lanterns on several occasions. each time I've been entertained by the dry humour of the owner and have been impressed by the excellence of the food. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are generous. I can really recommend this to anyone who doesn't want pretentious food, just good quality, well cooked simple Greek... More

I visited this restaurant, located in the center of London, today. I'm so surprisingly satisfied by the whole experience, that couldn't but highly recommend it here. To begin with, both the owner and the personnel were indescribably hospitable and friendly. Continuing, food was so good, I reminisced my house in Greece ! As for the atmosphere, Greek music and decoration... More

Rustic interiors, Woody Allen movie-like atmosphere. Nice and friendly staff, they didn't mind us staying to finish our wine after the restaurant closed. Good Greek kitchen in central London at reasonable price.

Hits the spot time and again with excellent tarama, whitebait and spring chicken to name a few all washed down with an eminently good Retsina and not forgetting the obligatory Ouzo.

Had a few meals here and its really pretty good and super value for money. Louis Jadot Chablis was only £5 over what you'd pay for it in a shop so was very impressed with that. The lamb chops on the mixed grill had no meat on them, but plenty of other meat to make up for it.

Food was ok. Lot's of deep fried stuff (including, unforgivably, lamb chops). Service started out great. Got us a table for 7 outside, brought lot's of food cheaply and quickly. Owner was having a laugh with us. Then all of a sudden, after asking if two of my friends were a couple and upon finding out that they weren't exclaimed... More
