I treated three of my friends to afternoon tea here on the first Saturday in January. We were seated in one of the lounge rooms which is done up to look like a library, which I LOVED. The china was gorgeous, which isn't always the case with afternoon teas where it's clearly been used too many times. Our waiter was... More

Good food, good wines, nice venue. However, 2 complaints: - £5.75 for a bottle of Evian is daylight robbery - even in a smart restaurant in Central London. - Waiter asked if we wanted coffee after dessert then casually presented us with the bill with no warning or explanation. Still had a full glass of wine each. He could have... More

Great for breakfast but also good for dinner if you are staying at the hotel and prefer not to venture out. I have dinned here many times. Consistently very good food.

We ate at Refuel several times over Christmas. The food is excellent and the service is fabulous as well. I would highly recommend for any meal.

Very good afternoon tea experience. Service was average. Food was good and plentiful. Atmosphere was very nice. A traditional English afternoon tea experience with some great decor.

Really helpful staff in the bar. Had arranged to meet colleagues, needed to eat, take a conference call and charge my phone. The staff had me all set up in a matter of seconds and I was all set. Ate good bar snacks while I worked and service was excellent.

The 4 of us were able to get a nice table without a reservation, the settings were nice enough so I've given 3 stars for that. The service wasn't great though, we had to get up to get the servers attention and wait quite a long time and they add a very hefty service charge which wasn't really deserved.

Came here with friends for late Sunday lunch and would definitely recommend it. The food choice was good and they had a reasonable Sunday lunch menu (it was nice that they didn't try and sell us the a la carte menu though-we had to ask for it) The food was very tasty with generous portions and the service was really... Quietly tucked away from the pace of Soho, Refuel occupies a spacious ground-floor slice of the glamorous Soho Hotel. A mixed crowd of media professionals and guests create a buzzing atmosphere that doesn't overpower the global flavours on the menu, full of fresh, seasonal produce. Lighter snacks are served at a lengthy pewter bar, which stretches out in front of a lively mural.

Staying in Soho

Neighbourhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
