The food was very tasty and reasonably priced - and perfect before a show in Soho. The staff was very nice and attentive.

After an excellent experience at their sister restaurant, we decided to give this bistro a try out. Was not disappointed and the 2 course menu was excellent and just what we needed.

Ate here at lunchtime when visiting for a matinee at a nearby Theatre. When we arrived it wasn't actually open but they simply said, "come in and take a seat, the kitchen opens in 5 minutes", which seemed a good start. There is a good selection on the fixed price menu and a couple of upgrade options for a few... More

With Italian friends in town I thought it ridiculous to take them to one of my favourite Italian restaurants. Coals to Newcastle I thought. So I took them to this modest, and modestly priced French restaurant. It is the sister restaurant to Pierre Victoire - just up the road, and is just as good. My friends thoroughly enjoyed the salmon... More

Awesome staff, and a nice simple set up. The food was very good indeed, really filling, tasty and reasonable in price and ample in size. The scallops were delicious to start and the salmon for main was very tasty and juicy. The staff are rally cool and friendly and it generally has a nice good old soho vibe. The seats... More

Wanted to visit an old haunt on Poland Street but sadly had closed down so bimbled along to Dean St where we spotted the Prix Fixe restaurant. The restaurant looked warm and friendly and the 2 course menu at £10.90 was a lure even if our expectation was low. Lovely, chatty owner seated us and recommended the St Mungo Glaswegian beer... More

Had the £10.90 2 course lunch with my husband on 13th Feb. Wasn't expecting much for the price but have to say it's fantastic value and they don't scrimp. We had mussels (very strong smell, not much stock and no bread). Halloumi and beetroot salad was lovely, don't recall much beetroot but all enjoyable. Chicken kievski (huge breast, a little... More

Lovely Paris style brasserie. Had the £10 'Prix Fixe' for lunch. Mussels then Toulouse sausage and mash, both were excellent, terrific value for money in the heart of the West End. Manager/owner was very good, other two members of staff a bit dipsy but no complaints. Will return

Went here again last week, and have been consistently returning for about 5 years. I would heartily recommend the Escargot style mussels in Pernod followed by the Entrecote Steak. An excellent wine list with realistically priced wines around the £20 mark, and informed and attentive staff. Try to book if you can, as this place is very popular!

Staying in Soho

Neighbourhood Profile
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
