Had lunch with friends. Food was amazing. Quantity is small to share but we ordered a lot of food. Naan should be complimentary and server should check in whether we need more. Taste was authentic and clean. We have no complaints about the food.

I've been here a few times. The chicken biryani, samosas and daahl soup are my favourite. I had the king prawn starter once and unfortunately they were burnt, but all the other food I've had here has been absolutely delicious (some of the best out of the hundreds of restaurants I have been to). It's always busy so I recommend... More

Question: In London and you want to sample great South Asian cuisine--but, where to start when confronted with so many restaurant choices? Answer: In Marylebone, try Zayna. Here's what I liked: decor, menu, service, clientele. So, what's to like about those things? Decor: upscale, artistic. Menu: well thought out menu that features wonderful execution--good stuff, you'll like it! Service: they... More

Food is brilliant and the service offered by the team is excellent Very good choice for vegetarians and excellent selection of wines Must always book as very busy place and well located and not far from Oxford street, Bond Street , Edgware Road and Marylebourne Street Exceptional value for money.

It was delicious food and we enjoyed the mail and the atmosphere was great. But it was a little bit over price for a small portion. You can get same quality food with reasonable price.

Hands down a recommendation to eat some of the best North Indian dishes you can hope for. Make sure to make reservations and be ready to eat!!! Bring friends and order various dishes to share and don't forget to order various varieties of naan to scoop everything up. For dessert try the ice cream with vermicelli and rose syrup -... More

The first time I visited this restaurant, last year; i received excellent service and the food was amazing. I was visiting London this year with my family and decided to surprise them with a meal from Zayna's. We ordered mixed grills, 4 mains - the biryani was so tasty and the rotis and the naans were too. I was very... More

We were so looking forward to our dinner at Zayna but have to say we were left disappointed. The food was rather bland, as was the atmosphere. The waiters I have to say we're very attentive but there seems to be general confusion on who does what and serves which table. We almost had 3 waiters serving us.

Go put yourself in his hands. Tell him how hungry you are and beg ignorance. He will put you on the right track. As with so many ethnic restaurants, you can argue over the authenticity of dishes. But these were delightful and the atmosphere was energetic. Just off one of the busiest areas in London. Sneak over there for some... More

Absolute horrible experience. I came to have dinner by myself. Apparently this is looked down on in this restaurant. They treated me like I was unworthy of a table upstairs with everyone else and acted like they were pulling strings to "figure things out". Next thing you know I'm being brought downstairs in a small area of basement seating by... More

Staying in Marylebone

Neighbourhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
