Best food and friendly atmosphere - always love coming here! Love coming back- a definitely recommend

We had a lovely meal and experience at Bar 61 - the menu had something for everyone and the waiters made us feel totally at home. We’ll definitely need back!

My boyfriend and I ate here for the first time recently and were so impressed. AL the tapas we tried was delicious, we were really impressed with portion sizes as well. The staff couldn't' have been any friendlier and we got a free fruit bowl...for dessert and two shots as well. We will definitely be returning and would recommend it to anyone wanting a nice meal out!More

We walked by Bar 61 today and were attracted by the big open windows and good music. The food was delicious and prompt. The service was excellent. The staff funny and engaging. A relaxed local venue with a good tapas menu, would definitely come back...again soon!More

Still my favourite place in Streatham. It’s almost like going to a friends house for dinner. You’re never rushed, nothing is every a problem and the food is consistently lovely.

I have eaten at this restaurant with my parents several times and we have never been disappointed with our visit! The staff are always incredibly welcoming and attentive and the service very efficient. We particularly like the very varied tapas menu and always find ourselves...spoilt for choice! The atmosphere is warm and friendly and this is a great place for family gatherings and celebrations. Great value for money too!More

I have eaten at the restaurant a number of times over the past few years. The waiters are very friendly. Particularly Mel, Met and Tony. Excellent atmosphere and great food. I would definitely recommend!

This is the second time I have been here and I was hoping for a better dining experience especially with such a high review score. The mussels were small and shrivelled with many empty shells. Service was good and nice owners but for the price...the food could have been better. Very limited wines by the glass and I did not want to buy a whole bottle because my partner was drinking white and I was drinking red.More

I booked a table at this restaurant for a best friend's birthday. Our first time dining here even though we are local. We were not disappointed. The food, service, friendliness and ambiance was just awesome. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the staff singing happy birthday...with a sparkling candle on a plate of fresh fruit was adorable. Went for a birthday lunch and had fantastic tapas. The waiter overheard that it was my birthday and the staff (without us asking!) brought out a special plate of fruit with a sparkler. Definitely recommend. Great food, great service.
