Just to set the scene Bedales charges around £13 for a large glass of decent white wine. Have been a regular visitor to this place and even had a corporate wine tasting for my business on two occasions which were both great. However on Friday...More

Snuggled in the corner of Borough market this is a little haven . The charcuterie and cheese platter was freshly cut and enough for 2 to easily share for lunch. The hummus was also generous and very morish. The very pleasant bottle of wine slipped...More

I work close by and Bedales is one of my go to places. The wine is great and changes often enough to keep regulars like me interested, the food perfectly matches the wine and the staff are good.

If you are looking for a nice glass of vine and some great cheese - this is the place. Make sure you try theirs pate as it is beautiful and also the only thing they make themselves.

After a full morning at Borough Market, my husband and I decided to pop in to Bedales for a glass of wine. The wine selection was amazing, the cheese and meat platters looked good, and the staff was helpful and friendly.

We booked a private wine tasting workshop for a group of six. This was set up in a large upstairs room. We had five wines to taste, presented by Maria who was excellent, answered all our questions and made the evening very enjoyable. A good...More

Even before the arrival of the instantly iconic Shard,
the riverside scene in Southwark had moved well beyond
