Great little pub in a convenient location right around the corner from Baker Street station. It's relatively small and doesn't offer room for larger groups, but we found a good spot for four people. Food is great at this place. I tried the mac and cheese and it was sublime! Places in London just don't seem to get American style... More

Met up with my bestie and had a last minute dinner which was in this pub which I've been to years ago as I used to work nearby. The food was always hit or miss. It seems they have improved, the pub is clean and staff are friendly. I had the pie with mash and my friend had the fish... More

We came across this pub after getting off the tube, glad we did, the place is great, from the beer to the food, although the food is a tad pricey you certainly get large portions and it is of a high quality, will definitely visit again and recommend if in the area.

Nice selection of Ales and Craft beers available - staff are excellent friendly. Food is a more traditional pub fayre rather than Gastro but it is mighty tasty and decent portion sides if a little on the expensive side for what it is. That said it is comparable with similar places in this part of London.

This is a great pub especially for close of business drinking or the commuter waiting for a coach, the coach stop for Luton Airport is right outside the pub. A warm friendly and fun pub environment with great food and selection of beers. Just around the corner from many attractions and between Marylebone and Baker Street Underground stations.

We had the soup starter, i had the chicken which was dry, hubby had steak and it was fatty, BUT it was the fab soup and amazing breads, the chip here are the best i have ever eaten, triple cooked, with so much flavour, the onion rings and the garlic cheese bread was completely delicious. Nice staff.

This pub is a great meeting place, being so close to Marylebone. Beer is always good and staff friendly. Yesterday there was even happy hour between 4 and 6, offering 2 for 1.

Our son and family live near here, and frequent the Allsop Arms often. They took us here and it did not disappoint. Food and drink were both great. Super fish and chips, and drinks were great. Only a minor detail, but the Guinness seemed colder than in most places; in fairness, the beer tap did say ice cold Guinness. So,... More

Staying in Marylebone

Neighbourhood Profile
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
