We had been given a gift voucher some months previously and were not sure whether this was still valid. We received an exceptional level of assistance in validating this card from the Gaucho head office and the restaurant manager. Then, from the moment we arrived,...More

The food is disgusting, the service is awful, they forget what the clients ask. There are problems with a payment if you use a credit card and they do not tell you about it before.

Had a business lunch here and I have to say the service was excellent. The way they show the steaks before you choose is a nice touch. Steak was cooked perfectly and the thick chips were nice, one complaint is they add salt before it...More

Gaucho serve excellent steak and this time was no different but the service was very slow. No starters and over an hour for our four steaks to be served. Not appropriate for a working lunch. The restaurant wasn't even busy as it was half empty....More

One of the best steaks that I have ever ate. We started with empanadas, good ones but the eye rib steak for the main course was just excellent. We ended this lovely dinner with double espresso and apple crumble that were very good.
