Arrived for a Christmas dinner. Firstly, we were sent to the wrong room. When we eventually found the right room, we were seated separately rather than one large group. The "Help Yourself" breakfast had just about anything you could think of to eat and plenty of it, fresh every day. Also the evening dining menu was varied and cooked to perfection.
People very engagd with the hotel, and very kind with me. Facilities were ok.Very good room service.
I ran two conference's today and Ramune, Agme, Hussain and all the staff are amazing :) All delegates thought the hotel room , food and refreshments were second to none! Thank you

There are about 10 steps into the hotel but I believe there is... More
