We went in (as a family of 4 with two small children), and asked for a table for dinner. While waiting my daughter needed the loo so I took her. The Manager (I assume - in a white shirt) returned to my husband and said there were no tables and to try again later. While my husband and son waited... More

Booked a table for lunch at 12.45, was seated promptly. Waited 35 minutes for someone to take drinks order, no one did. Meanwhile other customers seated after us where served drinks and food. We got up and walked out. No one noticed. Did use the loos, they where clean.

A very busy night and we had not booked. But was still not a long wait. Alex was our waiter and he was excellent and apologetic about waiting which was not an issue. Even in the face of rude customers who moan at the staff because they have not booked or left enough time for their show!!!

Literally the worst Pizza Express I've ever been to. The service was awful, we were left for extended periods of time while waiters just walked past us with empty plates on the table. The staff were all fighting and one Chef even walked out while we were there! The manager looked like a wet blanket and had lost control of... More

Went here before going to Coliseum and it's very handy location for that, couple of mins down the road. Being pre theatre time it was very busy and guy waiting my table was rushed off his feet. Always polite but struggling to cope, so I didn't have time to have a dessert. Pizza was soggy. Now I expect Pizza Express... More

It is a pizza chain that serves good standardised food, the same as you get from any pizza express across the country. I'm not sure if their pricing structure is the same, wherever the restaurants are, but even for London it seemed expensive, I'm guessing they have built in an allowance for anticipated voucher use, so with a voucher they... Visited Pizza Express in Winchmore Hill with family. Food and service were both very good. Not at all rushed. Good reliable restaurant.

I love pizza express but this has to be the worst one I've been too..! Pizza that a child would have made better, burnt with cheese in a pile in the middle and toppings very scarce! Pasta that was dripping in oil and was just terrible, uninterested chefs and a very messy kitchen area! I would not return.
