Quiet on the day we went but night times are really good with a band etc, we didn't manage a night time visit this year and that was a disappointment

Bar man was rude, Asked regarding food... Simply advised 'nope' and then stared at untill ordered. Half the beers not on. How to welcome people.

Place looked quaint and unique but the barman was unnecessarily rude. After asking if they did food he just replied “Nope” and continued to stare until we ordered a drink.

I've been here quite a few times, but early in the day, so I don't know what it's like in the evenings. It's always quite a relaxed friendly atmosphere. Quite a few regulars. Clean toilets. Had a pizza there. It was okay, but nothing special.

Sorry I don't know the current situation as I don't own one. I remember seeing them there some years ago though.
