This quite simply is the most wonderful place for a bite to eat in the city. I say a 'bite to eat', this menu is very cool. And their signature is the incredible grilled cheese toasties. Find them in a quiet corner of Canterbury. Almost a village within the city walls. Fabulous.

If you are looking for some coffee/tea/hot chocolate and something sweet to eat, only go to Willows. Order any of the snacks by the counter and you will not be disappointed. The staff are genuinely friendly; you can tell it is family run.

We went for a quick cup of coffee. Its a small place with just two tables. The service was quick and friendly. The coffee was excellent not bitter as it happens in many places. There were two young ladies behind the counter who were chatting away happily and serving customers most of whom came for take aways. Do find this... More

We stopped by Willows yesterday and were delighted by this little cafe. The coffee was top notch, strong but not bitter. The grilled cheese was amazing, the big apple was a huge hit! Great service, great coffee and great food, we'll definitely be back!

We stopped there in our way to Devon. The place is very small but cosy! The staff (guessing they are the owners) were very nice and the food was amazing. We had some delicious smoothies and the the famous grilled cheese toasts!

Friends say to me "Why do you rarely give five stars on TripAdvisor?". I say "Because 5 stars is for when you are properly surprised by either quality, style or something else". Willows, although very small, had super friendly service, and ginormous proportions of fresh, not mucked about with food. I had smashed up avocado, mozzarella and sundried tomato sandwich... More

Great place to grab a quick tea and bacon sandwich or something more substantial. Staff are very friendly and the ambience is superb. Everything is clean and tidy & they seem to have a good number of regulars who keep going back for more. Maybe a little pricey but worth it!

Description
Hi fellow Tripadvisor people, we thought we would give you a little info about us.

We are a casual very small Sandwich & Coffee Bar, serving you great coffee in the hidden back streets of Canterbury. We are not easy to find, but hope you will try.

Feel free to call ahead and ask if we have space as we are tiny but very welcoming, we have just launched our Grilled Cheese sandwiches and all are Iron Grilled to order just for you.

We hope to see you soon

Love
