Overall very good. The batter on the fish was outstanding. I had lobster and chips. Really good portion for the price. Good deserts too. Service was ok

Our second night away with friends in Canterbury and they suggested we went to Chapmans. The food was excellent, the service friendly, we will definitely go back here next time we are in Canterbury. Loved the vegetable mixture of peas, spinach and samphire!

Really enjoyed our meal, food was fantastic, service great (although the waiter did seem a little inexperienced - but attentive all the same!). Good value for money, would use again.

Don't quote me on it but almost certainly. The fish is available plain grilled and come with veggies. Easy to avoid gluten here
