This is just a fantastic traditional Italian with a brilliant range of food choices. If you just want a Pizza or pasta thats fine but if you are looking for the full Italian Anti pasto, Primo, Secondi experience this is the place to go. It is a little off the main Tourist drag in Canterbury but is worth searching out.... More

I went to Posillipo for lunch. I had very tasty linguine Buona donna and aubergine as side order. This last one didn't impress me particularly, but I loved the pasta. The staff is friendly and prices not too expensive.

The food here is very good. Fresh and authentically Italian tasting. A notch up from national Italian restaurant chains for sure. Everything was good as it always in in any of the three associated restaurants. Personally, I find it off putting seeing a steady stream of deliveroo riders constantly coming in and out by my table. If that might irritate,... More

Our first visit to Posilipos, excellent food and service and as a party of eight, we were well catered for.

Standard Italian Fare, good wood-oven pizza and pasta. Very popular with visiting King's parents. Outside seating nice on a sunny day, but with moderate traffic noise from traffic congestion caused by newish width restrictions.

We had another lovely meal at Posillipo; our first visit was during the restaurant's inception week and years later it still remains a fantastic Italian! Portion sizes are large - as you'd expect from a small, independent Italian - and hugely tasty - again, as you'd expect! It really doesn't fail to disappoint.

started with garlic bread which was dry and the green centre had not been removed so bordering on inedible and such a basic mistake. the spinach was really challenging which is fine but after a few mouthfuls becomes too much of an effort. side salad didn't have a dressing and I was not offered one. certainly not worth the £70... Located on the outskirts of the city centre. I would highly recommend that you visit this restaurant. We have been several times with family and friends, each better than the last. The owner is very accomodating and the food speaks for itself in terms of quality and quantity!

Where can I start? We have been visiting Posillipos for some time now. Always a very warm welcome from Marian and his colleagues. Attentive and always alert to your every wish. We've eaten here on several occasions over the last few months, as a group of three and as a groups of 14. The food has always been lovely and the service friendly and efficient. It's a lovely cosy restaurant so the ambiance is great - very traditionally Italian. I love the pizzas here perfectly cooked with interesting toppings. My wife... More

Childhood friends Enzo Espedito welcome you to a little taste of Napoli with Osteria Posillipo Pizzaria quite likely one of Canterburys friendliest restaurants. Decorated in relaxing woods, this light, airy space has the added bonus of being located near the Marlowe Theatre. An in-house wood-fired stone oven is visible from the open-plan kitchen on the ground floor, allowing hungry diners watch their pizzas bubble away the traditional way. Not in the mood for pizza? Traditional Italian favourites are the name of the game here, including fresh, homemade pasta like spaghetti a vongole.
