I love it here, it's my favourite shop in Hereford. It's tucked out of the way in Union Street but it's an Alladins cave of goods. John is great and so are the other members of staff. Tea and coffee available, a lovely seated area at the back. So if your in Hereford UK anytime be sure to pop by.

I love coming here when I can - John makes me a lovely cup of apple tea and usually makes sure he has honey to go in it. I can sit out under the beautiful colours of the canopy out the back. Then I can browse the semi-precious stones, the jewellery, the wonderful dragons, tarot cards, clothes, ornaments and loads... More

I absolutely love this place. It is where to go if you just want a quiet cup of tea on your own or solo. The shop is full of little pleasantries and fascinating books. The insence smell is lovely, great place for unusual gifts and just relaxing. Friendly staff too.

Postage stamp sized shop that somehow, Tardis-like, incorporates an amazing amount of stock - everything from candles to handbags - and a cafe boasting a dazzling array of teas and some very tempting food. We received a warm and friendly welcome and found Paoaya a cheerful little place for so e time out in colourful surroundings.

Returned to the lovely Papaya, to find things have changed. For the better they have added to the menu and the lovely owner was telling. Most of menu is locally sourced and organic, it really is an Aladdin's cave for gifts and curio items. Only down side was leaving this tasty sweet smelling oasis to go back on the street... More

I have been going here for a few years now & can say that it is a little gem kept quiet (unfortunately). Has Every Tea imaginable, coffee's too. Very good value of a huge slice of Homemade cake & tea for Only £2.50 you would pay more than that for the cake alone elsewhere. When they do a Homemade Stew... More

If your tastes run to chicken nuggets and a burger, this is not the place for you so JOG ON. If however, your palette would like to be scintillated by over a hundred types of tea and coffee, fresh home made cakes and pastries then this is your Paradise. Eclectic shimmering curios from around the globe adorn every wall and... More

Hidden away behind MacDonalds, Papaya couldn't present a greater contrast! Surrounded by sumptuous cushions, hangings and lamps, you can choose from a huge range of exotic flavours of tea and coffee. Papaya is a cafe and an emporium of lovely things, many from India. The food however is slightly pricey and the quality varies.

A lovely relaxing place near the center of Hereford. A little oasis of peace and tranquility from the hecticness of town. Great place to put your feet up and have a brake from your shopping. The food is a good price and the man size baguettes are huge!! Also there are some beautiful things for sale there like fairies, Buddha's,... More

Quite the biggest brie and grape baguette I've ever eaten. It almost filled me up in one go.Served surrounded by all manner of mind, body and spirit paraphernalia and accompanied by some of the most chilled out music you'll find. Altogether a very relaxing and worthwhile experience at a very reasonable price.
