The alter is now the kitchen making it fun for hungry diners to watch as their food is being prepared. The menu is straightforward good Italian pasta and pizza. The frascati is delicious and can be ordered by the glass or half carafe. The service is always polite and quick. Best if all its open all day and is a... More

This is a stunning place to eat - you walk into a church that has the original stained glass windows , but is now a bustling restaurant. We walked in on a Friday evening and still managed to get a table for 2 - the food was good value - unfortunately their is no bar so you need to eat... More

Conveniently located in the Suffolk off Montpelier, the restaurant is located in a converted church. Cheerful and personable service. Pizza is tasty and do choose the rustico style as it is more true to Neopolitan style. Wine is limited but has good choices.

This place is alive with the chatter of friends and family. The restaurant is a converted church with the pizza oven in the choir and a piano on the balcony. The pizza menu is great with lots of vegetarian and vegan options and the staff are friendly. The padded bench seats along the sides are more comfortable than the central... More

Interesting location in an old church; good variety of menu items, and a very professional and caring waitress. Dishes were all nicely presented and very tasty.

Decide to visit the Cheltenham Jazz Festival and so booked dinner at Zizzi. Expected it to be busy but wasn't no where near as noisy as expected yup busy but staff seemed to be coping well. 5 of us had a variety of the rustic pizza which was very nice although a bit filling. Had pudding but left quite full.... More

My wife and I like to go here for a decent Italian meal but last week (19th April) we arrived without a reservation and were allocated to our favourite seat on the right hand side as you enter as there were not many people present. I had a voucher for 25% off which was honoured at the time the bill... More

Description
At Zizzi we like to do things a little differently. We don’t do over-complicated recipes or scrimpy portion sizes. We’re all about the well-chosen ingredients, simply put together to make exceptional Italian food.Located just outside the town centre, Zizzi Cheltenham is located in an old church so benefits from a special atmosphere and beautiful interior. In fact, it’s such a customer favourite that we often host wedding receptions and engagement dinners. We invite our customers to bring along their family and friends to join us in this spectacular double-floored setting, whether it be dining on our ground floor or relaxing with a drink on our upstairs bar! If you’re celebrating something special, see if our private dining area is right for you.And tweet what you eat with WiFi available here (if you’re in to that).
