This was our second holiday in Rye, and Fletcher's House was at the top of our list for a return visit. They offer a large selection of soups, salads, hot dishes, and a great afternoon tea.

Very friendly, quaint, old world tea room and cafe. Lovely staff, nice vegan main course of chickpea fritters and salad. A great find for me.

Cosy, friendly cafe, excellent service. We had a late lunch of crab sandwiches which were delicious. Packed with fresh crab and garnished with salad. Served with a good cup of tea!

My favourite place to eat in Rye, always pay a visit when in the town. Great food, great welcome from Pete and his team, lovely convivial ambience. Epitome of what a tea room should be.

Just driving through, decided to visit St. Mary's Church and then had lunch here at Fletcher's House. Enjoyed a relaxing meal amidst ancient rafters, homey shelves of books, and a fireplace all aglow. I had a cheddar scone with piping hot tomato soup (yum). Also...More
