My partner and I love italian food. Found this resturaunt and menu looked good. We were very pleased with meal we had. One dish was pasta, lovely! And one dish was a Calzone, very large portion and tasty! Will go back when in the area.

The food was awful and the inside needs a decent refurbishment. The chairs look like they have seen better days and our table was heavily scratched. This place maybe okay for a pizza as many reviewers have acknowledged, but I decided to have a proper...More

Just came away from this restaurant extremely upset by your extremely rude waiter. May I suggest he learns some manners and be "hospitable" He may think he can speak to whoever he likes however he likes but not if you want paying customers! Happily take...More

This place serves the best pizzas outside of Italy! The flavours and freshness of ingredients is outstanding and with Italian spoken vividly by all staff you almost think you are in Rome anyway! Our all time favourites are Porcini as well as the trusted Margarita,...More

The food here was delicious! Me and my partner both had the carbonara which I highly recommend! It was in a creamy sauce with chunks of bacon which was super yummy!! Service was really friendly and wasn't too pricey!

Description
Near the famous pavillion in Brighton, Al Duomo is well, not quite as famous as the Pavillion itself, but it has attracted two million visitors over the past twenty-one years. A classic, family-run Neapolitan pizzeria spread over three floors, Al Duomo has an Italian menu to tempt even non-pizza lovers, if there are any. The pizzas are cooked in a wood fired oven, one of Britain's first. The many other favourite dishes include Lasagne Casalinga and salmone al dragoncello, cooked in butter, white wine and tarragon with tomato and cream. It's a great place for parties and groups, but absolutely everyone enjoys the delicious food, charming ambience and warm Italian welcome. Patio seating when the weather is balmy.
