Warm, welcoming atmosphere. Nicely decorated to create those North African vibes. I'd go there again just for the 'cheesy Algerian dumplings' - really delicious with a great lightly spiced, dip on the side. We also had the bread and dips, zalouk (aubergine stew) and meat...More

This beautifully styled, welcoming and delicious eatery in Brighton is a place you definitely don't want to miss out on. I ate there last night (a Saturday early evening) with a friend who was equally as enamored as me about this AUTHENTIC and RELAXED restaurant...More

We had a stroll through lanes in Brighton and found this great little restaurant by chance, we had a great meal, both had the lamb tagine which was excellent, with reasonable prices, will look forward to visiting again.

We came here to meet some friends who had recommended it. There was no space upstairs so we went down the stairs to the more chilled area which has lots of low tables and stool-type chairs. I would have preferred slightly higher tables in this...More

Very good place for quick nutritious food. I had the Blue Man Wrap with falafel and it was great! Beautiful and hearty downstairs area. Really liked it!

This is the perfect hidden and somewhat delightful gem. I was only in Brighton for three days, but two afternoons we frequented The Blue Man cafe bar. The ambience is lovely and matches the scrumptious wedges, samosas and wine. If only I had The Blue...More

From memory I think this used to be called The Electric Grape back in the day- so for those Brightonians who were trendy in the 80s - visit purely for nostalgia Situated in Queens Road -not far from the clock tower- makes it ideal for...More

The Blue Man is a relaxed and informal Cafe-Bar with Brighton Soul and North African flavour. You can pop in for coffee (best in town!), an amazing selection of tea, a lovely wine list or a bit of food if you're hungry. We're chilled and informal and will make you feel very welcome. In the evening we host live events, acoustic nights, dancing, DJs and parties. Pop downstairs and feel a world away from the hustle and bustle in a haven that's a home away from home...
