I visited Jack and Linda's shop at the end of July. The sandwich shop is traditional of the place which reflects the sea culture. I must say that I wasn't impressed with what I ordered which was fried calamari (see photo). I paid £ 5.50...More

Have been promising myself for far too long to eat here. Well, finally managed it today. Greeting from Jack & Linda was very friendly and the crab salad sandwich on brown was excellent. Sat outside tucking in happily and people watched, carefully keeping my sandwich...More

Excellent, by the sea, tiny space. Jack and Linda are a lovely elderly couple that seem to love their business and taking care of their clients. A place worth going

As a lover of local seafood, we headed to this little gem on our trip to Brighton for a lunchtime snack after seeing it on trip advisor. We opted for kipper on a hot buttered roll each, a pot of cockles and Rollmop to share....More

This restaurant?takeaway is not easy to find, you could easily walk past it, but halt there! Please don't walk past it as you'll probably regret it if you are a fan of good wholesome fish dishes freshly caught and served impeccably well. Mt late late...More

Paid just under a fiver for a crab roll with brown paste and average salad. Tasted ok but expected better. For that price should get tasty white crab meat and more of it! The prawn sandwich was also average

I would so much like to give this place five stars since the fish was super delicious but the breadrolls were moldy with blue dots. I think the place wasn't very clean either.

Went here after reading reviews and as a huge fresh crab fan. Worst crab sandwich ever. Sloppy brown meat on cheap brown sliced bread with limp salad and a cup to f tea served in a polystyrene cup! If you’re hoping for fresh local caught...More

No. It's a tiny place in the arches. There are a few stools outside and a low wall by the beach. But great place for a seaside stop when hungry. Fresh, lovely fish.
