We visited here for my sons 8th birthday for a small family meal. The food was excellent and the steak and stilton pie was top quality and really tasty. Not our first visit to this pub and certainly won't be our last.

This is a really nice pub and the food matches up. Staff were very friendly and we chatted to them for a while after our dinner. We would certainly return.

It certainly is - we shall have the fire burning away for your arrival and a small treat for the dog when you arrive - please make sure that you book though - its getting very busy with Christmas fast approaching.

The owners are very friendly and even if this is not something they necessarily "do" I am sure they would be happy to sort something out for you.
